Sunday we had a nice fish fry. Cooked up some of the halibut Mom caught during the Alaska trip. Pretty good, especially for my first time trying to cook that fish. Easier was the catfish supplied by my Uncle Ray. The best around. He isn't in the picture as he is still in Colorado, but will be here soon.
