Conrad is walking the perimeter shooting concrete into the walls. This hose is heavy, especially when filled with the concrete, and moves araound a lot. The guy on this end of the hose has to keep his wits about him lest he find himself taking a short free base jump (about 12 feet) to the concrete, gravel, and rebar below.
