Seeing Our Country

7/06/05. A correction to an earlier post. I had posted the trip to the MacBride Museum a day early. We visited that museum on this day. We also visited the Beringia Interpretive Center. This place gives a very interesting view into the land of Beringia existing 10 to 20 thousand years ago. The center explains the theories surrounding the land bridge and man's early migrations into now north America. What makes this site really unique is that they have woven in the stories of First Nation Tribes that have been passed down for generations. I found this center extremely facinating.
