While we our engines were huffing and puffing to get over Steamboat Mtn, this gent was using a different means of getting over the top. He had ridden (he informed us) from Corpus Christi, TX, and was headed for the arctic ocean in northwest territories of Canada. He might not look like Lance Armstrong, but he made it over this mountain's top and was rewarded with a 10 mile 6-10% grade downhill on the other side. You go fella.
