8/01/05. Up here in Alaska, I have found that everyone double duty their jobs. Even these tour boats work with other locals to make it happen here in the north. Here the tour boat is delivering mail to one of the fishing ships in the harbor. The fishing ships stay out to sea for long periods of time. Many harbor ships will carry personal mail or "care packages" to these fishermen.
