Luigi had been busting some major hump to get the deck this complete and was very happy to have at least this much done. We put it to the immediate test by having a fish cook-out with fish supplied by, who also acted as cook (with his apron on). We're patiently (sort of) waiting for the feast to begin. Loren and his staff also prepared a biga salad and some fresh corn on the cob. Loren once again proves to be a great host.
