Finally the bell rings and it's time to chow. This was great stuff. Loren basically turned his kitchen over to us, helped to get the fish together and got the party rollingdespite a hectic day for himself. U duh man, Luigi. Halibut and salmon grilled in steam pouches with seasonings and served right off the grill. Umm Umm good.
