8/12/05. We made it to Hyder, AK, around 3 o'clock and then gotin line to have our rig washed. While waiting (because everyone else had pretty much the same idea) we had a chance to walk around the town, buy some souveniers, eat some dinner, take a long nap, chat with some friends and in general putz around. About 7:30 PM (PST) our turn arrived. The washers did a great job and were located across from the Seaalaska Inn. I recommend them highly, good price, too. $40 Canadian for my 37 footer and the toad.
